‘MEXICAN’ – EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT 5pm TILL 9.30pm
Due to demand, we’re bringing you Mexican like you’ve never tasted before! Our mouth-watering menu includes fresh tacos, burritos and quesadillas, with fillings like pulled pork, homemade Mexican chorizo, chilli prawns, spiced roasted squash and much more!
Below are samples of some of the dishes we’ll be serving.
STARTERS
CRISPY CAULIFLOWER
Florettes of cauliflower deep fried in a paprika batter served with a sour cream dressing. (V)
JALAPENOS POPPERS
Jalapenos and cream cheese coated in breadcrumbs. (V)
MEXICAN MEATBALLS
Handmade meatballs served in a rich spicy mole sauce.
CHICKEN WINGS
Marinated in a secret mix of herbs and spices finished with a sweet and spicy sauce.
PAN FRIED CHORIZO
With peppers and onions in a red wine sugar glaze.
GRILLED HALLOUMI
Marinated in chimichurri. (V)
PIL PIL PRAWNS
King prawns in a sizzling garlic, chilli and olive oil sauce.
PATATAS BRAVAS
Crispy potatoes in a spicy tomato sauce. (V)
CHICKEN STRIPS
Chicken strips coated in polenta served with a sweet chilli sauce.
CREAMY MUSHROOMS
Cooked in a creamy cayenne pepper and white wine sauce. (V)
MAINS
NACHOS
House nachos, pulled beef nachos, pulled chicken nachos and chilli nachos.
CHICKEN, CHORIZO AND PRAWN PAELLA
A colourful mixture of arborio rice, chicken breast, chorizo, king prawns, mussels and squid rings.
BANDITS CHILLI
Served with dirty rice, crispy nachos and sour cream.
ENCHILADAS
Roasted veg, pulled chicken or spicy beef. Topped with grated cheese, salsa and coriander, served with rice or french fries.
CHIMICHURRI SIRLOIN STEAK
28 day dry aged sirloin steak, served with a fresh mixed leaf salad, french fries and a side of chimichurri dressing.
HALLOUMI BURGER (V)
Served on a brioche bun with a salad garnish, sweet potato fries and a chilli jam dip.
MOVING MOUNTAIN VEGAN BURGER
Popular vegan burger topped with vegan cheese, served on a vegan brioche bun topped with lettuce and tomato.
XIM XIM
Chicken breast, cooked with a creamy peanut sauce with king prawns, served with dirty rice and crispy nachos.
MAINS
FAJITAS
Two tortilla wraps, served with peppers, onions in a cajun spice with a trio of cheese, salsa and sour cream, with a choice of either roasted vegetables and mushrooms, pan fried chicken or steak.
BURRITOS
Baked wrap, filled with rice, cheese, black beans, served with french fries and a side salad with a choice of either roasted vegetables, bandits chilli, slow cooked paprika chicken or spicy beef.
TACOS
Two tortillas served with french fries and filled with one of the following: vegetable, slow cooked paprika chicken, spicy beef or prawns.
TOSTADAS
Two crispy cooked tortillas coated in cheese and salsa with a choice of french fries or dirty rice. Vegetable, prawns, slow cooked paprika chicken or spicy beef.
QUESADILLAS
Flour tortilla, crisp grilled with cheese, french fries and a side salad with a choice of pico de gallo and red onion, bandits chilli, slow cooked paprika chicken or spicy beef.
SEA BASS
Sea bass fillet served on a bed of sauteed potatoes, wilted spinach and topped with paprika frites and a chimichurri dressing.
